Ticket Exchanges

We understand that life today is unpredictable and a last minute change of plans may be unavoidable. This season OCT will exchange all tickets free of charge – provided you notify us prior to your scheduled performance. If you can’t choose a new performance date, we can keep your payment on credit for 12 months to use toward a future performance.

Please note: due to the volume of requests we require 48 hours to process Ticket Exchange requests. If you need immediate assistance please call the box office or contact us at tickets@octc.org.
