Ticket Sales & PAtron Services
We can’t wait to see you at the theatre, and our Patron Services team is here to help you have a fun and memorable experience!
Below you’ll find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions, as well as ticketing policies. While we are more than happy to assist our patrons in any way possible, we also request at least 48 hours to process ticket exchanges or voucher redemptions. Our team is small yet nimble, and we will work as quickly as possible to fulfill your requests.
Ticketing Policies
We understand that life today is unpredictable, and a last-minute change of plans may be unavoidable. OCT will exchange all tickets free of charge—provided you notify us prior to your scheduled performance. Exchanges can be requested here.
Exchanges can take 48-72 business hours to be processed. Exchanges will be honored so long they are submitted prior to their original performance date and exchanged for a future showing. If you are unable to commit to a future performance date, we can convert your payment to a Gift Card to use later.
OCT is unable to apply coupons or discounts after the completion of a purchase or during the exchange process.
Please note, OCT is unable to alter ticket price levels after purchase. Please confirm your cart has the right number of ADULT and CHILD tickets.
No refunds.

Note that all metered parking spaces have various time limits that are displayed on signs near the spaces. The nearest parking garages can be found here.
For specific parking and public transit recommendations please visit the Portland’5 website.
